Ingredients:
pomelo peels only the yellow part
sea salt
Instructions:
Wash the pomelos thoroughly and pat them dry.
Using a sharp knife or vegetable peeler, remove the outer layer of the pomelo peel, leaving behind the white pith.
Cut the pomelo peel into small pieces and spread them out on a baking sheet
Let air dry for about 5 days no need to put it into the oven to save energy.
Place the dried pomelo peel food processor or blender.
Pulse the mixture until the pomelo peel is finely chopped
I like to mix the salt and pomelo 1/3 pomelo peels to 2/3 salt.
Transfer the pomelo salt to an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place.
